You bring an idea
Software made just for you.
Off-the-shelf software makes you work its way. This is the other way round.
What gets built
One job, done properly. Not a suite, not a dashboard nobody opens — the specific thing your week is currently being spent on, turned into software that does it instead.
You approve a plain-English plan before anything is built, and you click through a working prototype before the real build starts. Nothing is a surprise at the end, because you’ve seen every step of it before it got there.
And then it keeps running
Every build comes with a yearly arrangement: the person who built it keeps it running — and still picks up in year two. Software isn’t finished when it ships, and the person who wrote it is the cheapest possible person to maintain it.
