Platen Build is a one-person studio. The only place this site collects anything about you is the “start a project” consult form. This page explains exactly what that form does with what you type into it.

What the form collects

When you submit the consult form, it collects:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The project idea you describe

That is all. The form asks for nothing else, and the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why it’s collected

So a real person can read your idea and email you back to set up a 15-minute conversation. That is the only reason.

Where it goes

Your submission is sent as an internal notification — a private message in the studio’s own Slack, or an email to the studio. It is used only to reach back out to you about your project. It is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else, and it is not fed to any advertising or profiling service.

Analytics

This site uses privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics to count page visits in aggregate. It does not build a profile of you, follow you across other sites, or tie visits to the name and email you enter in the form.

How long it’s kept

Consult submissions are kept only as long as they’re useful for following up with you. You can ask to have yours removed at any time.

How to request deletion

Email hello@platen.build and ask to have your submission deleted. Say it’s a deletion request and include the email address you used, and it will be removed.
